Payment Guidelines

At Laxmi Paanchajanya Chit Fund Private Limited, we aim to make the payment process simple, transparent, and secure for all our subscribers. Please follow the guidelines below while making your monthly chit instalment payments.


1. Preferred Mode of Payment

We highly recommend using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) for quick, secure, and instant payment confirmation.

2. Payment Options Available

  • UPI (Recommended)
  • Debit Cards or Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS)
  • Cheque or Demand Draft (Offline)

3. Important Instructions

  • Always mention your Chit Number and Registered Mobile Number while making a payment.
  • After completing the payment, please save the receipt or take a screenshot for your records.
  • For cheque payments, ensure the cheque is realised before the due date to qualify for auction eligibility.
  • Outstation cheques must include applicable bank service charges.
  • In case of a bounced cheque, cheque return charges and related penalties will be levied. Future payments must then be made via cash or demand draft only.
  • Ensure that any entries in your passbook are made only by authorized office staff. Do not write or alter entries on your own.

4. Due Dates and Late Payment Policy

  • All instalments must be paid on or before the due date as specified.
  • Late payments will attract interest at 18 percent per annum.
  • Repeated defaults may result in:
    • Loss of eligibility to participate in auctions
    • Forfeiture of dividends
    • Removal from the chit group as per company policy

5. Receipts and Proof of Payment

  • Collect official receipts for all payments made at the office.
  • Check that the payment has been updated in your account or passbook.
  • Notify us immediately if a payment does not reflect or if you face any issues.
